Step 1: Discover

We start with a call to discuss your current capabilities and specific needs in change management. This includes meeting with key stakeholders and the team members that will receive the coaching.

You'll be confident knowing we've gathered essential insights to tailor the Customized Coaching Plan effectively.

Step 2: Design

Develop a Customized Coaching Plan based on the outcomes from the Discover phase.

Focus areas for each session, including any prework and assignments are part of a structured and effective coaching plan.

With a clear roadmap for success you'll be ready to lead more complex changes.

Step 3: Deliver

You will attend regular coaching sessions, either individually or in small groups of up to 5 people, following the Customized Coaching Plan.

These sessions build skills, address challenges, and give you hands-on practice to enhance your change management skills.

The 3-D Process Deliverables

Step 1: Discover

  • Stakeholder Interviews: Conduct interviews with key stakeholders to understand what competencies are needed in the organization, the evidence supporting these needs, and the indicators they believe will show the coaching is working.
  • Change Manager/Change Team Interviews: Meet with the change managers or change team members to gather detailed insights about their current challenges, goals, and areas needing improvement. You'll feel understood and ready to embark on a coaching journey that addresses your unique challenges.

Step 2: Design

  • Customized Coaching Plan: Develop a schedule of calls and topics based on the outcomes from the Discover phase. This schedule outlines the focus areas for each session, ensuring a structured and effective coaching plan. You'll be prepared with a clear roadmap for career growth.

Step 3: Deliver

  • 1:1 or Team Coaching Sessions: Provide regular coaching sessions, either individually or in small groups of up to 5 people, following the Customized Coaching Plan. These sessions build skills and address challenges, ensuring continuous improvement for you and your team.
  • Hands On Coaching: During the coaching sessions, we'll offer live feedback and make necessary pivots on existing change management plans and strategies you and the team are deploying. This hands-on approach will help you apply coaching to your work immediately.
