3-D Process
Step 1: Discover
We start by reviewing all your existing project documentation, including the project team and charter, change management desired outcomes, existing training and communications plans, and any other business priorities that might impact the work.
We also meet with team members to gather additional insights that might not be evident in the documentation. By the end of this phase, you’ll feel a sense of relief and clarity, knowing we’ve gathered all the essential information to enhance your current strategies and plans.
Step 2: Design
Using the insights from the Discover phase, we’ll create a detailed workflow or map of change management activities, building off your current strategies.
This phase includes AI recommendations to strengthen your plans and improve change adoption. We’ll get your feedback to make sure everything aligns with your goals before moving forward.
By the end of this phase, you’ll feel confident and prepared with a clear roadmap to success
Step 3: Deliver
We’ll provide you with a final set of change management tools, tips, and templates that you can use to implement our recommended upgrades.
This phase also includes a 90-day follow-up with a one-hour targeted coaching session for an individual or team to check on progress and make any necessary adjustments.
By the end of this phase, you’ll feel supported and empowered to keep the momentum going and achieve your change goals.
